Spaghetti de la salmon.
Ever wanted to cook a really delicious spaghetti, but couldn't think of what to use?
Well, if you love fish, and a good ol' fashion healthy meal, here's how.
What you'll need.
1. Two 8oz can tomato sauce
2. One or two salmon fillets
3. One pound spaghetti (any kind)
4. Spices. ( lemon pepper, sage, oregano, ginger, garlic powder, and salt.)
5. One large lemon.
6. Water
7. Spinach (canned is fine)
Cooking directions.
For the salmon..
Take a medium sized fry pan, over medium heat, add your salmon fillet, and just enough water to go over just the top of it (the salmon that is.) Add thin or thick slices of your lemon, use the ends of the lemon to juice into the cooking salmon. Add 1/2teaspoon of sage and oregano, and cook till done.( if needed at a little more water.)
Cooking spaghetti.
When cooking noodles follow the directions as said on the package, for times may vary.
Cooking spinach.
If you use canned spinach then you don't need to cook it you can just add it to the sauce, otherwise cook as normal. ( I used Steamables spinach, so I used a microwave.)
Cooking sauce.
Take a medium saucepan and add your 2 cans of tomato sauce, 1/2teaspoon of sage and oregano, sprinkle your garlic powder lightly just over the top, and add just a pinch of ginger. bring to a nice boil, and don't forget to watch it carefully because you might burn! After it boils shut off the burner, add your cooked salmon (torn into small bite sized pieces.) and spinach, stirr all together.
Presentation.
Take a bowl, take some of this awesome sauce, put it at the bottom. Add your noodles, then put abit more sauce on the top of the noodles, if there was any leftover spinach put just in the center, add the cooked leftover lemon slices and enjoy!
Eatting.
I'm sure you can handle that! Silly heads. Thanks for reading check back soon for more great cooking ideas!
